Attorney wanted for possible Class Action against Farmers Insurance

Current and former Agents of Farmers Insurance Group are interested in a filing a Class Action Lawsuit against Farmers Insurance. Many allege they were deceived, lied to and were asked to do unethical tasks. If you are a former agent and would like to share your story feel free to post in our Farmers Insurance Complaint Forum

Some comments from Agents:

red ball "I am interested in being a plantiff in regards to a good strong class action law suit against Farmers Insurance..... etc., on behalf of Active and Inactive Agents/Agencies/Producers/District Managers regarding Reserve Agent, Carreer Agent and Full Time Agency issues. I am concerned if other Agents and Producers are interested to do the same as well. Is there a way this site could create a section on this site for interested parties to perhaps leave their contact info if they are interested also. From what I know, we would only need a minimum of 3 participants that have issues of concern to start a class action law suit with an Reputable Attorney. If at least a mininum of 3 are willing to participate, than we can go from there and create and gain a constructive legal presence on our own behalf to officially and legally hold Farmers Insurance ACCOUNTABLE for their actions."

red ball "I walked out and have been billed for $5000. I left due to their unfair practices that I feel is against the law. I was made to rewrite policies in order to reach my numbers. These policies were fine but I was made to cancel them and rewrite and this charged the customers an additional $25.00 each time I had to do this. I was told not to worry about it since the customers would not notice it on their billing. I could not keep this up and so I quit and now owe all this money. It was an unfair business practice as I see it. I hope to get legal help on this and make it into a lawsuit to stop this sort of practice just so agents can reach their monthly numbers."

red ball "Speaking of fraudulent business practices, Scott has paid for life insurance policies so agents can have their numbers to meet the Career requirements.  According to the Insurance Code, if you give one person a free policy then you must give everyone a free insurance policy.  This also put me in the position of trying to convince people to take a free life insurance policy that was not even desired.  This is rebating and is illegal, unless Farmers gives everyone a free life insurance policy.  I am not the only agent with whom this has occurred."
