You are correct. Farmers Insurance does monitor these forums! If someone in this forum complains about an adjuster or agent, you better believe it that the adjuster or agent is going to hear about it!!

Looking at the server logs, in the last month alone:
1. "farmers insurance group" has visited 195 times averageing 5 pages a visit.
2 "farmers group inc" has visited 40 times averageing 6 pages a visit.
3. zurich american insurance company (parent of farmers insurance) visited 12 times averageing 11 pages a visit.
4. Other parent and sister companies of Farmers Insurance also visit.

Being that this site is so popular (it ranks in the top 10 when searching for "Farmers Insurance" in Google and Yahoo) and that Farmers Insurance spent hundreds of thousands of dollars in attempt to shut this site down (read about it here [www.farmersinsurancegroupsucks.com]), you better believe it they are monitoring it.

I was terminated after 4 1/2 years as an OCR in OKC, OK at the OKC Helppoint. I was terminated for "misconduct," however, the Oklahoma Employees Securities Commission disagreed and unemployment was granted to me. Farmers did fight it and obviously lost. I still dont know why I was fired, except basically they didnt like me cause I crossed a supervisor and a department manager on an issue and then they put the full court press on me. The department manager, in my termination meeting and in my Unemployment hearing, he admitted that he didnt believe I did anything wrong to intentionally defraud the company (which I didnt). My Supervisor lied to me, often telling me if I met certain production goals hed buy my lunch, then he wouldnt live up to his end of the deal. Its lie after lie after lie, beatdown after beatdown....here's a thousand claims, now tell me why you have so many claims? If you dont get to under 45 claims youll get a memo (if they dont like you) saying further discipline will result if you dont get under 45 claims (which is hard when youre getting 25-35 claims per day) I could go on, if any of you, including Farmers trollers, want names of the cowardly Supervisor, Manager, etc (and just shadiness in general at the OKC Helppoint) feel free to ask, Ill gladly list the names...hopefully something can be done because there are alot of good people working the front line on the claims dept in OKC but the Supervisors and Managers (at least most of them) are Nazi like and if you disagree with them or question them, even in a professional way, theyll get rid of you or make your life hell so you want to leave.

Edcoach, be careful who you talk to. As a current employee, I can tell you, Farmers have very few(if any) multi-line adjusters in Texas.

We just recieved the following from a Friend of Mr. Drockton's

Dear Friends:

I am tired of hackers messing with my website. Hacking can take place for a variety of reasons:

1. Your Former Employer could be continuing an ongoing retaliation or harassment campaign against you.

2. Your Current Employer might question your loyalty or even try to dig up dirt to be used against you at some point of future separation.

3. Your Competition might want access to your Data Base and your customer base.

4. You are working for a company that has so many ties to organized crime, they don't trust you.

Some other reason not listed:

I have been hijacked; had my websites hacked, computer wiped...you name it. So, I "got educated"...

1. Go into your Internet Browser and Install: [www.trustwatch.com] this toolbar on your Explorer. This will verify that the site your are visiting is actually legitimate. It will also give you the opportunity to report "mirror" pages that hackers use to steal your passwords, credit cards or other information. This is FREE!

2, Go to Yahoo and sign up for an e-mail account. Yahoo allows you to install a picture on your computer that is hard for hackers to replicate. Use Yahoo for your e-mail.

3. Go to [www.safer-networking.org] and download Spybot Search and Destroy Software. Make sure you immunize your computer and install recent updates. This is also FREE!

4. Go to [www.downloadjunction.com] and download Spyware Begone. This should get "the scraps" and close the door. This is also Free!

If the above does not work, please feel free to e-mail me and I will send you to my slide-show. If you are a Terrorist and its the Government watching you, good luck with that. Also, if you are involved in illegal gambling, offshore investing, child porn, bribing politicians, car-bombings etc. Ditto....

However, as always, my services are free to any and all Farmers Insurance Agents.

Regards:

Paul A Drockton M.A.
