Hello, I'm planning on retaining a lawyer to sue for non-distributed contract value from FIG. After 8 years of service and 1 year from date of resignation I have not received my 1099 reported income contract value. Can anyone offer advise(personal, legal) so I can prepare my case. thanks. ANON

Hi, They didnt pay you or you didnt recieve 1099 form? Form you file complaint to IRS. If not paid why and what state are you in. Advise and maybe can help
