We thought Farmer Insurance is a big reputable insurance company. But it is not. The claim Adjuster Cassandra Payton is very un-cooperative. Every time, when we sent her e-mail with claim documents, she said she can not open the file. (it is regular pdf file, can you believe that she can not open a regular pdf file?) When we faxed all claim documents to her, she said she did not receive all documents. So we delivered all claim documents to her office in person. Then she said she has never seen the documents, because she is out of her office.
If farmer use this kind policy to turn down claim, it is very stupid. I am ready to hire an attorney to sue the company now. At least I shall file a claim to Texas Department of Insurance. Sorry! Farmer is for red-neck farmer only. If you have brain, do not buy farmer insurance!
