Product liability

In March of 2008 I unknowingly purchased contaminated diesel fuel at a station. I used it in my front-end loader and my excavator. It destroyed both engines within a few hours of running. I contacted the station owner and found out there were many other claims for the bad fuel. The station owner accepted responsibility and after apologizing referred me to her Farmers claims representative. I immediately contacted the woman and gave her my information. I have been stone-walled ever since. I have ended up having to bring suit against Farmers. It is well past 3 years, almost 3 1/2 years now. I am nearly 70 YO and used the equipment as a retirement supplement. I was building waterfalls and did small landscaping jobs.

A friend told me of this site. I was also told that there are retired Farmers claims adjusters who have come forward to tell of actual corrupt practices that they have witnessed while employed by Farmers. I am hoping to locate some of those folks who would be willing to testify in my court case in September 2011.

Any help on this matter will be deeply appreciated. All the other claims were settled and I am holding the bag.
