Who is above the District Manager?

Yes, Farmers Sucks!

In short, my agent screwed me by failing to file some paperwork and process things correctly and credit collections is now saying I owe a LOT of money.

I have multiple emails from my agent stating it's his fault and he's going to pay the bill, but weeks later and he hasn't actually DONE anything!

My agent isn't returning calls or emails, my district manager isn't returning calls or emails, and the overarching "customer service" says they way my account is set up they can't process the situation, so they're sending me back to the district manger.

Does the district manger have a boss? Any ideas how to get a response out of the company? Sadly, I have to work and can't spend all day on the phone. Please ideas!

Yes the DM in fact has two people he reports to. The first is the Division Marketing Manage for the state and he then reports to the State Executive Director. One of them should certainly be able to help.
