Disorganized and Incompetent

My job applications on Career Builder automatically generate unsolicited e-mail from Farmers advertising the position of insurance agent. These notes are very friendly and offer any possible assistance for any receipient interested in an insurance career with Farmers. I have repeatedly requested that I no longer receive these unsolicited missives, to no avail. I was interested in a position in Albuquerque that did not involve insurance sales and thus eventually took the company up on their offrer of assistance via the local office. The response was terse and very direct stating they had nothing to do with non-insurance agents and couldn't help. Obviously, a message directing me to an approprite site or agency within Farmers would have been in keeping with their advertising and written offers of assistance. Didn't happen. On the 2nd of July 2012, I failed to pass muster in applying for a non-sales job with Farmers and was rejected. On the 3rd of July, again, unsolicited e-mail from an Albuquerque office requesting that I consider Farmer's insurance agent possibilities for employment. Hopefully, someone from Farmers visits this site to glean info from clients and former clients. Based upon my experience, Farmers suffers from an internal communications problem. They kicked me in the teeth yesterday and are again sending me unsolicited mail today inviting me to explore agent possibilities! Do these people realize how disorganized, if not dysfunctional, they must appear to the public? I am not a client and am very unlikely to ever be a client based on their inability to function in a coordinatd, coherent manner. I feel badly for anyone using them as an insurance entity.
