age discrimination

as we have gotten older our premiums have steadily increased. we have been clients of Farmers Ins for many years I even worked for Gary Underwood as an agent licensed in home auto and life. I feel that Farmers in increasing our rates to eliminate us from their company.

Judging by the age of our most recent recruits in this district I would be inclined to agree with you! And why not, those of us who have been around the longest also have to old contract (I would never sign another one) so getting rid of us makes sense. Sign up the young ones and put them under the most restrictive contract in the industry, force them to fail and move their book to another agent. We are now building agencies on transfers and not NB, silly us to think we can sell our way to success with this company.
