My Michigan homeowner association (condo complex) Board of Directors has just authorized our management company to let a contract to Farmers Insurance Group for the associations complete spectrum of insurance.
Does anyone have any information about HOA's and experience with Farmers Insurance?
From what I've read hear, it doesn't seem the board made a great choice--especially considering that the "property manager" is automatically considered an insured on the D&O policy!

Yes it sounds like the Board of Directors didn't do their research and made a big mistake. Read what happened to these women whos homeowners association was insured with Farmers Insurance.
