Farmers Insurance Lawsuit--Federal Court--No Due Process (4th Amendment)

rec via email, Good Luck Sue!

After over three years of trying to get what should have been an easy settlement, I am going to file suit pro-se in the California Central District (Los Angeles) Court. In California, we are not allowed to file against a "third party" insurance company. It was a Farmer's Insured who caused the accident which totalled my car and left me with a permanent injury. But the young woman who caused the accident did not mean to do what she did. That is why it is called an accident. Farmer's has lied, even to the court, and I am not allowed to sue them. So, I will take Farmers, my own insurance (American Commerce), and Insurance Commissioner John Garamendi into Federal Court. My property (car) was taken from me without due process. And the laws in California say I cannot proceed against the "third party." No lawyer will take the case, but I am a teacher, and former legal secretary, and have no fear of the Judicial System. Once I have the Pleading prepared, I will put it on the Internet.
