FARMERS PUT THE WRONG START DATE ON TWO OF MY NEW CAR POLICIES, THEREFORE COSTING ME $1000 OR SO. COME TO FIND OUT THEY WILL NOT CORRECT THEIR ERROR. EVEN AFTER BEING WITH THE COMPANY FOR OVER 15YRS. MY MISTAKE SHOULD OF CHANGED INSURANCE LONG BEFORE THIS. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO HAVE INSURANCE WITH FARMERS. THEY TREAT YOU OK BUT ONCE YOU START HAVING ANY PROBLEMS AND WANT THEM TO CORRECT THEIR ERROR'S THEY TREAT YOU LIKE SHIT!!!! THEY WOULD NOT SEND A LETTER REQUESTED BY MY LIEN HOLDER TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM. WHAT MY AGENT TOLD ME WAS THEY SAID THEY WILL NOT DO IT. NEVER AGAIN!!! SEE YOU IN COURT FARMER'S
