We cancelled because our agent would not return calls. We got a letter today1-7-17 telling us they received our request for cancel with the cancellation date 12-7-16. Here it is a month later and still no refund for auto and home. Not sure if the problem is the ins company or the agent. I really wasn't happy with the agent. Do not recommend the agent. Hoping to get our refunds before our insurance is due with our new insurance company..
