C.L.U.E. Insurance report

Dont know if you are still available.. I wrote this original story to you way back on Oct 8, 2005.. have been off line awhile..moving..ect., Anyway.. to add to this Farmers fiasco... the wind storm damage was originally listed on the C.L.U.E. Insurance report.. as CAT.. or Catastrophic claim.. which means I did not do the damage.. it was an act of nature.. (the wind storm did lot of damage to Oregon and to Washington back on Dec 3, 2004).. anyway.. originally the claim was listed by Farmers on my property in the C.L.U.E. report as Cat.. so that anyone checking my insurance claim file ( CLUE REPORT) would see the 29, xxx claim was a C AT claim.. well then.. since I fought them in court pro se.. ran their attorney bills up to over 38,000 ..they still did not pay me the 11,800 they still owed me.. but who won ?? me.. as they had to pay their attorneys the 38,000 fee's to fight me ..alone ..in court.. pro se.. well... then.. get this.... they Farmers..then went and changed the CAT claim designation on my CLUE Insurance report file.. .. erased the CAT designation.. right off my file.. until I got a recent copy of my CLUE.. report.. as all my insurance then went up.. up.. up.. vehicles, scooter, motorhome, residential home.. all went up.. when that CAT designation was removed from the CLUE.. and Farmers is the only one who could do that removal.. .. I filed to CLUE.... and CLUE got it put back into the report of theirs.. but now it is all screwed up.. showing the CAT claim on another rental house I own.. not the one it actually had been on.. nice huh ??? that was Farmers pay-back to me for standing up to them and costing them so much money in attorney fee's..
