Hello I have sent you a email on my concerns about Farmers Insurance CO. I had gotten another estimate from consolidated construction here in Appleton WI. I had sent it to Farmers claims Andy Dunlap (2) estimates and he told me that it still isn't good enough. He needed a brake down for every screw ,2x4 , and all pieces of sheet metal and trim. Also he said that we aren't going to replace the whole front. No way this can happen it wont match if this happens. The whole front is pushed in and needs to be replaced.I have full replacement cost with a $500.00 Deductible. I have called on insurance and I can't get any till they get this resolved. Andy and Farmers don't want to resolve the clam with me all they are doing is giving me a hard time with this. I,m wondering if you could take action on my claim. I,m now having problems with snow getting in my upper part of my garage now the ceiling because of a big hole in roof from storm on the north side is leaking and the ceiling is getting ruined. This is a list that I need fixed from the storm on Sept 2,2011 ceilings in whole garage are water damage , table saw worth 600.00 , wood jointer worth $450.00 , wood planner worth $500.00 , front well , screen door on shop , North side window also and other tools in the garage were damaged. On our House we were payed for a used screen door $95.00 I looked at Menard's it will cost about $220.00 carpet in front kitchen carpet in sons bed room my sons bed 1- 19" TV 1 - XBOX 360 game system 1 - Laptop 1 - Dresser in his room 1 desk also has mold growing on both. This is the worst Insurance Company in the United States. The claims Reps are so inconsiderate and try manipulate you and say that your not covered. When I got the Insurance from my agent he said I wouldn't have any problems with any claims your covered 100% with a $500.00 deductible. All thru this I have been calling him and he said all of this should be covered. On Sept 2-2011 we had an 80 MPH wind hail and rain storm com thru Appleton WI. The tornado sirens were going off and we didn't know what to think. So we really thought there was a tornado and we ran down to our basement and thought about our life's not about windows. No matter what our house should be covered weather we left a window open are not. For farmers this is bad publicity for them to say oh your window was open but a tornado killed your husband trying to close it in the storm for us so you don't have a claim. from the storm on September 2 2011.
