Farmers insurance is the worst insurance company a homeowner can purchase prices are very steep don’t want to help pay out although you’ve been with the company for 28 years have probably made one claim and don’t want to help you in any other way when there’s major damage on your home sad that this company is still in existence should be close down or fix their problems . Sad that they’re willing to take your money but don’t want the problem of paying out what has been damaged although you’ve been a loyal customer for 28 years still very sad. Agents get paid good commission to help provide any information needed to get your home fixed or better rates but seems that they have no knowledge or care about the customer .
