Wind Damage - 5 inspections and counting

I have been working on my claim since 2017 and have had a total of 5 inspections. The claim was for wind damage and according to Farmers they are only paying for those shingles that are missing or have been creased. Long story short, I have now gotten a leak inside my home and they are not wanting to cover anything additional.

I did escalate the issue to Farmers Chief Claim Officer Robert Howard and still continuing to work on it. They are now wanting to have the supervisor of the most recent adjuster come out for a 6th inspection. What was interesting was that the most recent adjuster that came out stated that he was here when the original inspection was done. He found the perfect opportunity to tell me when he came to my door to advise me they were standing firm on their decision. Ultimately stating, "I was the original adjuster that worked on your claim the first time." Going back to my paperwork, he was not the original one but was more of a ride along when I brought this to his supervisors attention. Shady? Any tips or help?

oh yes, he was there so he was the original inspector. not relevant how it was worded but that has absolutely nothing to do with your loss. IF they paid for you to repair the roof where it is now leaking and you didn't repair it, regardless of agreement or not, they do not owe you the repairs on the additional damages. IF it is a leak somewhere they didn't pay you that is different. I would encourage you to stick to what's important, not get tangled in things that are of no relevance.
