My aunt has an $5000.00 life ins policy. She has been in a nursing home since 2004. She pass away last week. Found out from funeral home there has been 2 loans taken out on her policy which left the balance on policy at 3400.00. This is the lies I got from ins company. She had miss a payment so the type of policy she has(APL) require us to go in and take out a loan to cover miss payment AND take out a loan for the rest of the payments up to her anniversary date which is Jan. These loans were taken out in June 2005 and July 2007. If Farmer Life pay her policy up twice for 6 mos CAN SOMEONE TELL ME WHERE IS THE PAYMENTS THEY RECEIVE FROM THE NURSING HOME FOR THOSE TWELVE MONTHS. The first lies I got was she has taken out the loans I had not told them she was in a nursing home .. I just listen.The crooked agent she had have went out of business about four months ago. So maybe a month ago I receive a letter from the new agent about the loans she had. I call and question about these loans because this was the first time I have ever heard anything about them. She call me back about an hour later and told me not to worry there were no loans taken out. Farmer Life is just a crooked company and they have crooked agents that will cover up for any one that defraud a policy holder. If they think this is over I will be taken legal actions out on them .
