Farmers DMM Robert Hilton and District Manager Cathy Weeks terminated my contract after 6 years of being a top producer in my district. I was tired of Farmers denying my clients claims in the southern sector of Dallas and I told them they were 'redlining'. A few days later they audited my office (of which they found everything in compliance). A couple of weeks later - they (Hilton & Weeks) came in my office where Hilton started accusing me of stealing deposits, reinstating clients with no money (of which I had proof that this was not true), and ultimately stating I wrote (a) piece of business outside of Farmers - yeah, after they declined the business for a water claim. Within 60 days I was given a 30 day termination letter and given the boot. This is after 1000 clients, numerous awards, bonuses, trips and recognition! Whatever - Farmers this is YOUR loss and my GAIN!
Like the others have stated - DON'T MAKE FARMERS YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY TO REPRESENT BECAUSE THEY WILL SCREW YOU AND YOUR CLIENTS!
