I cancelled a policy and money was supposed to be refunded. For over 6 weeks, it was held by the agent without any responses to my numerous requests for update. No apology, no words, nothing. I finally got the check after the "final" message, but no update. I contacted her manager, and his manager and customer center about this behavior. Noone responded. Obviously trying to steal money from a client is standard process at Farmers and no apology is necessary!
Don't go there. My agent is based in Santa Ana, California, originally from Ecuador. Don't go there!
