There is no way in Hell you will reach the VP of Farmers, Bryan Murphy. THe company especially has it set up that way.


The amount of unpaid overtime for liability and UM adjusters is worse than working in a 3rd world country, People who have been with the company over 20 yrs are being fired overer human error. Plus they are the ones leaving withing the cleaning crew.

It was announced in our team meeting Bryan Murphy has promised to pay our parent company a certain amount by Jan. 1st 2010. So they take the 20 yr old experienced employees and beat them down even though they gave thier life to the company for 20 yr. But if I make around 70k they can replace me with two new guys for much less. Supervisors, managers, and zone managers lie, there is no question. They tamper with activities and have never read "The One Minute" Manager. I read "Who My Cheese" and was excited at first about all the changes, But then slowly each manager and zone manager took their masks off and used a pecking order to save money. 20 Years I had given this company- they overworked me and said I was lucky to have a job. They wrote counseling memos on me, probation and finally terminated me the week of Thanksgiving. This is not the Type of Ethical Company that should remain in business. I have tons of overtime documentation and am willing and ready to join a class action lawsuit in Oklahoma if anyone is interested. I have the goods, and your files with have the GMT dated stamp if they do not go in and change activities to get our of all lawsuits.

They are going down boys. Last yrs 9million UM case and this year 8million UM case, I hope the they has for more because can't trust management.

Sorry to hear you were terminated (or am I?). God knows you will be better off without the daily "beatings". the horror stories are endless. Cr's had their class action O/T several years ago and I'm involved in the SIU class action O/T suit right now. I'm in the process of going through the motons on EEOC charges after being terminated after having an issue related to my diabetes. that was this dumps "golden ticket" to get me out the door. I have documenation regarding my illegal termination to include recorded phone conversations. I look forward to the day I can stuff all of my documentation down their corrupt throats. I think they're really pushing the envelope. One day, somebody that Farmers thought they'd get their daily hard-on by rubbing their face in the dirt is gonna snap.
As fun as that sounds, I wouldn't be the one to jeopardize my life for those cretinous yahoos. I still think Farmers somehow needs to be exposed on a 20/20 type show. Just a thought.

I understand your pain....I have filed a claim against this Company and have heard nothing from them. I have filed for age and disability discrimination.
