NW Office Closes

The NW Med-PIP office is no longer. Jim Sorrells hired a horrible office manager who had no experience in the insurance business. I truly believe he chose Lorissa Zuch, because he knew she would be a puppet and would not ask too many questions. Lorraine Britton who was the assistant office manager was either bitter or just inept, because on multiple occasions she would just sit back and let Lorissa fail. Lorraine was in the best position. When there was good news she was prominent and vocal. When the staff got angry and things were not going well she just sunk back into her hole and left Lorissa to fend for herself. I think it was apparent that neither Lorissa or Lorraine fought for the NW Office at any point and that Jim did a good job of pulling the wool over their eyes.
Today is the last day for the NW Office. The doors will be closed July 1 never to reopen. A toast to all the men and women who worked there and had to put up with the management that in the end never had the adjuster’s back. Spread the word…Farmers Sucks!
