One for all agents of FIG (current and former) who are angered by the blantent theft of earned commissions.
One for all agents who have signed the 2009 AAA. We were fraudulently induced and most of us have the recruiting materials to prove it. IF you have yours -- that can REALLY help us. If you have chargebacks on your commissions -- you are in lck. Download ALL of your folio statements and save them.
Farmers is stealing our money on a regular basis.
You have probably noticed that your commission statements "seem" short, but you cannot pinpoint exactly what the problem is -- I can. If you respond to me, I will get you in direct contact with my attorney and you will be protected by attorney-client privelege -- FIG cannot go after you, please my attorney can take steps to ensure your confidentiality is maintained.
You can contact my attorney directly -- Angela Ekker, Lathrop & Gage, Attorneys at Law. 720-931-3200 -- ask for Angela, leave her a voicemail with your contact information and mention it is about Farmers Insurance. She is VERY good, has gone up against them before and WON, and she knows what we need to do. There is no question we will win these cases, but the more folio statements we can start out with, the better off we will be.
Please step up and help us all. If you are worried about confiedntiality, don't be -- YOU WILL BE PROTECTED.
