NonLicensed Agents vs Licensed agents

I worked for a farmers agent for three months...due to me not speaking spanish they proceeded to replace me with a non licensed spanish speaking young lady. The boss/owner was drunk and mean all the time. The wife was always rude and taking the anger out on me that their life was so miserable. During the Christmas Holiday they closed the office at noon so that the part time help could get caught up and kept us all there until five pm. Thus after a christmas lunch...ok. Then to get their quota on life insurance the owner boss signed my whole family up and put them all on my banking acct. when i went to cancel, the owner/boss called and cancelled my request. it took me over a month to get my stuff all cancelled and then they had the nerve to ask me to send them any and all refunds. oh and i forgot i didnt know they were taking money out of my account until thanksgiving i had no money because it was taken out of my acct without my permission. when ever i try and contact the agency im am intervened by their pit bull "B" who is half my age and treated me like a two year old. always yelling and bitching at me about when to check the mail box once a client came in and wanted to know why he has not received a bill and she never finished his app and a month later was telling him that he would have been covered. she wasnt even licensed to transact business to begin with thank goodness i got out of there and only experienced this for three months i feel for the ppl that have no clue whats going on. even a home burglary clients scheduled jewelry for some reason was never covered because there non licensed csr never got them properly covered. how can these ppl live with themselves.
