I have an interview with Farmers for an Agency Contract Management position. Can anyone tell me about there experience with them in this position. The pros and cons and start pay. I don't want to go through the entire interview process if its not work it or a horrible company to work for.

I am looking to get out of Farmers agent contract. I am tired of dealing with high rates and low commissions.
My questions are:
1. How can I keep my office?
2. How can I get my clients who are ready to cancel their Farmwrs policies to come to my independent agency that is not in my name?
