Hi I started this topic for reserve agents that have not gone carrer. My goal is to prevent anyone from making a huge mistake by trusting this company.

If you are a reserve agent get out now before you end up in debt. Don't write a single policy. Read the contract and write your resignation letter to the DM make sure you give notice stated in the contract which is usually 3 months. They may allow it to be effective immediately but make sure you get it in writing. Do not abandon the agency and not give notice and never show back up. Turn over all materials given that deals with farmers. Read the contract. Don't beat yourself up about falling for it. Most people are honest and don't expect to be lied to their face. This company will be going down under soon. Then maybe everyone's debt will disappear. If you are a reserve agent current or past please comment about your experience.
