Former President's Council District Manager story

Posted by Anonymous
Actually Zurich was merged with Farmers and B.A.T. still is a majority stock owner in the new company that was formed in 1998. It is meant to be confusing and it is. Do a google search on Farmers and British American Tobacco and you will understand it better.

You do a search for Drockton Mortgage and you get:

A story about mortgage fraud under Drockton's Website banner????

So you try Drocktonmortgage.com and you get an error message and a porn site?

Wow!!! we wonder if this would have a negative effect on people trying to find: www.drocktonmortgage1.com

Maybe Farmers Insurance can use their numerous internet business contacts and state of the art computer experts to help us solve this great internet mystery!!!! We wouldn't want people to think that the internet can be used as another tool for harrassing Drockton and his family!

Through an anonymous source, Mormons4Justice has just learned that Farmers Insurance has just threatened Mr. Paul Drockton with legal action for our posts on this website. We suppose they had to do something. The letter mentions something about libel and slander. Libel is something in writing that is false. Slander is a verbal falsehood.

We once again give Farmers Insurance the opportunity to correct anything that we have published, with supporting documentation, in writing. They will once again not respond.

For the sake of our readers we will once again agree to end our campaign under the following conditions:

1. Provide Mr. Drockton, and the others that were injured, with a formal letter of apology, that can be published, acknowledging the crimes that were committed by Brian Braddock and his associates at Farmers Insurance.

2. Properly restore those that were injured to an acceptable financial condition.

3. Fire the perpetrators.

This would be justice. We are Mormons4Justice. We will e-mail this post to those that are on the Farmers Management Team.

When a foreign owned company, like Farmers Insurance, can lobby and influence an entire state government, two questions need to be asked:

1. Whose interests are they representing?

2. Shouldn't it be illegal to accept donations from a foreign corporation?

Remember Abscam? People were outraged that United States Congressmen were taking money from wealthy oil sheiks. Today, its a commonly accepted practice.

Farmers is owned by Zurich, a Switzerland based company and British American Tobacco of England. Switzerland and Zurich don't need to lobby our state and national politicians directly. Their national interests and their corporate interests are the same.

So, imagine a Swiss politician wants to save Swiss jobs for Switzerland. You got it! He pressures the Swiss company to cut its American work force!

Or, suppose some English politician wants a big tobacco company to stop marketing to English youth. Wouldn't America or some third world country be a great place to make up the lost revenue?

When you are at the top, the only thing globalization can do is take away what you have and give it to somebody else. All in the name of equality.

With all of the American based companies in our country, why do we want our money going to a foreign one that is controlled by a foreign tobacco company? Your insurance dollars going to lobby against American interests. Does that make sense to you?

Isn't now a good time to say goodbye to Farmers Insurance and British American Tobacco?

Remember, in-spite of the billions spent on corporate "image", big business is not your friend.

It was big business that brought Adolf Hitler to power and made Nazi Germany a nightmare reality! The lure of free slave labor, war-time contracts, and total government control was too much of a temptation for the greedy captains of industry!

1. Corporations seek the cheapest possible method of production. Fascism gives big business control over big labor and big government. Big business has no problem with big government as long as they control it.

Globalism is a corporate concept! Global government is all about making it easier for big corporations to do business!

2. Globalism is not your friend. Just ask the computer programmers and other high-tech employees if they like competing against India! Every industry is affected! Automobiles, steel, insurance, ...every industry!

3. NAFTA, GATT and so called "Free Trade" agreements benefit big business, not American workers! Who pushed for these agreements? Just follow the money back to the international corporations!

4. Global Equality means Americans lose! It means much smaller paychecks and higher taxes to support global enterprises!

Think about that next time you send in your insurance payment to Farmers Insurance, a foreign owned company and a major player in the globalization movement!!!

Here is one example of what happens when big governemnt is controlled by big business!!!

Perhaps another question that needs to be asked is this:

Why was Marty Feinstein forced to resign as Chairman of Farmers Insurance at about the same time Zurich forced its 40 year chairman out?

Feinstein was almost 10 years away from mandatory retirement imposed by the company. Yet he left early. What is even more intriguing is that Marty Feinstein is now working for British American Tobacco's biggest rival! RJR Nabisco! So, instead of moving up, he moved out. He now works for his former employers biggest rival!

See these links: Feinstein retires at age 56: [www.insurancejournal.com]

Also: Feinstein now works for Reynolds American: [www.leadershipdirectories.com]

and sits on the Board of Directors: [www.reynoldsamerican.com]

Now, how is it that Feinstein is out and Hopkins (groomed and bred by the Braddock family) is in. Very, very intriguing indeed....

Did the Braddock family mount a palace coup? It is no secret that they hated Feinstein because they felt he robbed them of the company's management.

Don't worry! We won't leave you hanging on this one!

So,

Leo Denlea chose Martin Feinstein instead of Bim Braddock as his successor. The Braddocks hated Feinstein and the feelings were apparantly mutual. Bim Braddock is the father of Brian Braddock and William H. Braddock.

Feinstein, acting in good faith, tried to appease the Braddocks by supporting William's bid to become Chairman of the Board of Farmers. Or, so it appears.

But, some grudges don't go away over time.

Feinstein also sat on the Board of Directors of British American Tobacco, which directly owned them and now owns them indirectly. He apparantly held the upper hand, but something very unfortunate and unforeseen happened...

stay tuned...

Follow the money my friends...

Insurance companies make money in two different ways:

1. By charging enough premium for their insurance to actually make a profit.

2. By investing that premium into something between the time they recieve it and actually pay a claim.

What if I told you that during the stock market boom, insurance companies were actually charging less premium than what they paid out in losses because they were able to make outrageous amounts on their stock market and other investments.

It gets better!....

Investment Risk is always associated with Investment return. If anybody should understand risk, it should be Farmers Insurance!

So, many people on this site have had their claims unjustly delayed and/or denied and been forced to sue Farmers Insurance.

Surprisingly, the company settles the date before you go to court. And, you think to yourself...why did it take so long??? Welllll.

1. Your money has been set aside into a "reserve" account right after your loss was reported.

2. The company takes "the loss" right from the get go and deducts it from their earnings, saving tax money. On paper, they have paid your loss, so, where's the money?

3. The agent doesn't like it because he is charged for the loss and loses his profitability bonus, which saves Farmers Insurance thousands of dollars.

4. The company, meanwhile, can invest those reserves into whatever it wants to and make money off of your claim!!! Its not like you could actually use the money right now anyway!!! In the heyday of the stock market, they were making 30% or more per year!!!

5. Also, by dragging things out, they force you into a settlement situation. This means they can pay less than what you are owed. You become desparate for money, any money and are at their mercy.

6. They figure that their are so many people that will never have a claim, thus, the bad publicity can be overcome with great slogans like: "Farmers gets you back where you belong!" Marketing presence overcomes the bad publicity.

Here is an interesting example:

Would you give your money to a bank that lost $5 million in capital since its founding in 1996???

Both Farmers and Zurich did!!!

The questions that need to be asked are why would an insurance company, with a staff of full-time professional investment advisors, invest their money in a bank that has been losing money?

1. Who benefitted?

2. Was their some under-the table quid-pro-quo.

You have the right to ask Farmers Insurance where your premium dollars are being invested!!!

The bigger question is. What did Farmers Insurance invest in that cost Martin Feinstein his job? Did the Braddocks blackmail him into resigning because they had the dirt on him? This really calls for a criminal investigation!!! This could be one of the biggest corporate scandals since Enron!!!

Or, anonymous 2, did the Braddocks set Feinstein up to take the fall?! One interesting side note:

Paul Hopkins spoke at the final meeting of the Columbus Regional Office where a skit lampooned Feinstein. He jumped on the I hate Feinstein bandwagon and joined in on the haranging in front of Farmers employees and salespeople!

That was back about 2001-2002. We still talk about it! I guess Hopkins was a stand-up comedian and a pretty good one at that! His jokes making fun of Marty were pretty funny! They were also very pointed. Many of us were surprised at the animosity he had towards his boss!

Cecilia Claudio, who was friends with Drockton before the Braddock "incident" was the Chief Information officer for Farmers and Zurich. Her husband, Lars, is the CIO of Yahoo.

Perhaps B.A.T., Zurich and Farmers can use these contacts to straighten out the search engine problems that are destroying Drockton's mortgage business! We certainly hope this isn't more retribution and retaliation against Drockton!!!

The dots, however, could possibly easily connect back to this "power couple".

Here's an intresting connection!!!

Marty Feinstein ran/runs? a company that sold credit card. business to business software solutions. The company also develops software to replace people that work for insurance companies. Sure would like to know who all the stockholders are!

Farmers Insurance is listed as one of the company's customers! One heckuva sweatheart deal for sure! Wonder where they got the money to build such a fine upstandin company! Maybe Farmers invested in "Clear Technology" too ! Wonder if them there Braddocks knew about this!

It seems that another mystery presents itself:

The new CEO of Clear Technology is none other than Brian Cohen, former President of Farmers Financial Solutions! Congrats to Brian!!!

Now the million dollar question, why would the number 2 or 3 man in a billion dollar company like Farmers/Zurich jump ship now? To join a million dollar company like Clear Technology?

Feinstein was the Marketing Director and so was Hopkins. Cohen was next in line to be the CEO of Farmers Insurance Group and he just walks away???? This year??? July, 2006????

We hope this has nothing to do with the illegal contract that Farmers Financial Solutions gave to Jill Beard for $100,000 so that she would destroy Paul Drockton. We also hope it has nothing to do with those nasty rumors of a Federal investigation. That would be tragic!!!!

Complaint: Retaliation through unjust Credit Reporting/criminal actions/defamation/libel and slander.

1. Whereas: Jill Beard has recently been convicted of Fraud/felony theft and other crimes against Paul and Mary Drockton.

2. Whereas: The Drockton’s have just been made aware of this fact recently.

3. Whereas: NOVA information systems has been unwilling to correct the fraud on the Drockton’s credit report and still show over $20,000 due them from the Drockton’s for Jill Beard’s fraud.

4. Whereas: Farmers Insurance, through its agents, did illegally contract with Jill Beard to commit this fraud for $100,000 in compensation. Both for this and other actions that Jill Beard took against the Drockton’s.

5. Whereas: Kevin Hatton was also compensated indirectly by Farmers for committing actions designed to destroy the Drockton’s financially.

6. Whereas: Curt Windhorst was compensated by Farmers Insurance to destroy the Drockton’s reputation in their home neighborhood and in Paul Drockton’s business dealings. He recently changed his name to Curt McLaughlin and fled with his family from Utah.

8. Whereas: This information was given to Farmers Insurance.

9. The Drockton’s have been unable to clear their credit.

10. Additional information has recently come to the Drockton’s attention in regards to Jill Beard’s felony convictions and Curt Windhorst’s efforts to destroy Drockton’s personal and business reputation.

11. Curt Windhorst has changed his name and fled the state of Utah in what appears to be an attempt to avoid criminal prosecution.

12. Mr. Drockton has been recently and unjustly threatened by Farmers Insurance for Libel and Slander when they have perpetrated and do perpetrate slander against Mr. Drockton.

13. Mr. Drockton believes that Farmers Insurance has interfered and is interfering in his current business relationships.

14. Mr. Drockton believes that Farmers Insurance has interfered and is interfering with his personal and business reputation and good-will with slander through either them or their agents.

15. That the EEOC treat this as a wholly separate complaint and investigate it based on my statement, which based on the current knowledge I have and have discovered over the last 60 days, is true.

This is where it gets scary:

[journals.aol.com]

1. Farmers Financial Services enters into a secret agreement with Jill Beard for marketing mutual funds 1 week after their supposed "investigation began. They even send her client files! Her check was for $100,000. Some now, some later.

2. Jill immediately starts double and triple billing Farmers agents through their credit cards and lays off all of the telemarketers.

3. Drockton's name is totally trashed because of Contact Management and his reputation as a stellar DM goes out the window.

4. Funny thing, even though Jill provided absolutely no marketing services, and closed down the business, she gets paid the remaining money on the contract.

5. The Drocktons had to obtain a Temporary Restraining Order against Jill Beard and a Preliminary Injunction to stop the beatings.

6. It turns out that Jill Beard was referred to Paul Drockton by the Utah State office and Brian Braddock as soon as he started in Utah. Jill Beard's father is a retired Farmers claims adjuster. Drockton checked with the state office before he used her and he got a glowing recommendation.

7. The manner in which the business was trashed and blamed on the Drockton's was a professional hit-job characteristic of organized crime.

8. Why would Farmers risk losing its Broker-Dealer over some small time marketing operation? Jill Beard had no securities licensing at all!!! Yet, she was given client files and a contract to market securities!!!

9. Two months after the court order shut Beard down Farmers Financial Solutions paid off a factoring loan on her behalf against Contact Management. This is felony stuff my friends!!! The Big House!!! Make big rocks into little ones!!!

10. Drockton brings in the Feds.

11. The RICO investigation begins.

12. Jill Beard gets convicted and turns state's evidence.

13. Marty Feinstein leaves Farmers and so does Brian Cohen, former president of Farmers Financial Services!!!

All this for what?

Brian Braddock was the State Executive accused of discrimination by Drockton's agents. Drockton just reported it.

Brian Braddock is the son of Bim Braddock. We understand that Bim was a long-time rival with Marty Feinstein and wanted to be CEO of Farmers when Marty got the job.

Paul Hopkins played the lead role in the so-called investigation. An interesting occurance:

After the complaint was filed, Brian Braddock was chosen to conduct a D.M. meeting in Colorado. The group activity was supposed to be going to a YMCA climbing wall. For some bizarre reason it was changed to some outdoor wilderness activity that reportedly involved rock climbing outdoors!

Braddock in charge...

Hopkins told Drockton to attend or be fired. Drockton was so upset that this was taking place he reportedly got physically ill on the way to the activity and was diagnosed with a probable ulcer. He went home under doctors orders.

Reportedly, he was convinced that they had something else planned for him that wasn't to pleasant.

Maybe someone else here can tell you more about the Braddocks.

Mr. Drockton's brother has contacted us and requested that we ask for additional witnesses from the ranks of current or former agents/employees of Farmers Insurance who have heard the following from any agent and/or employee of Farmers Insurance:

1. Mr. Drockton filed false accusations against Brian Braddock, or accusations that were proven false.

2. That Mr. Drockton was cheating Farmers Insurance agents through a marketing company called Contact Management.

3. That Mr. Drockton was fired.

4. That Mr. Drockton was terminated for any other reason.

These statements are patently false. Anyone circulating these statements will be held accountable for slander and/or defamation of character to Mr. Paul Drockton.

The facts are clear in this matter:

1. Mr. Drockton resigned from the company and accepted a settlement after he realized that the company would not pursue the charges he filed, on behalf of other Utah agents, for discrimination, against Brian Braddock who was the State Executive of Utah for Farmers.

2. Jill Beard has been prosecuted and convicted for her role in Contact Management's defrauding of Farmers Agents and for her role in Defrauding the Drockton's.

3. Mr. Drockton believed and filed a complaint with the EEOC alleging that Farmers Insurance paid Jill Beard the sum of $100,000 to destroy his financial and personal reputations. His complaint also alleges that this was retaliation for the discrimination charges he filed against Braddock.

4. Mr. Drockton also alleges that Curt Windhorst who has since changed his name to McLaughlin was financially compensated by Farmers to ruin his personal and business reputation. Mr. McLaughlin reportedly fled the state of Utah and we have reason to believe that he is now in Federal Custody.

5. Mr. Drockton also alleges that Kevin Hatton did conspire with Farmers and/or Jill Beard and Curt McLaughlin to persuade those that had complained against Braddock to drop their complaints, eventually leaving Mr. Drockton standing alone against the Braddocks and Farmers Insurance.

One of our inside sources, who calls himself "The Runner" claims that we have been looking at this Feinstein/Hopkins thing all wrong. He pointed out the following connections:

1. "People don't change habits, they do things because it works."

2. "Farmers gave Jill Beard a contract, not cash. They gave her business. Even though they never expected her to do anything for the money they gave her. And, by the way, it was more than you think it was!"

3. And we quote, "What if Feinstein's company (now Brian Cohen's company) never provided any legitimate service? Wouldn't that be a way to shut them up with a pay-off that doesn't look like a pay-off?"

4. "You guys need to be asking Feinstein how much money he got paid from Farmers through his software consulting company after he left Farmers."

5. "You need to be asking what Farmers got in return, if anything,"

6. "A Contract with no legitimate service provided is a "pay-off " plain and simple."

7. "Feinstein and Cohen were both smart enough to "keep tabs" on other members of the Farmers management team. They had the investigators, the money...more than you'll ever have....let's just say they liked to hedge their bets."

8. "They keep tabs on all of us, but, don't fool yourself, this is being given to you because someone wants you to have it...

And there it ended... We don't know if "The Runner" will ever contact us again. He does, however, present some theories worth looking into.

The Following is from Wikipedia- Farmers Group Inc. History
Farmers Group, Inc. is also referred to as the Farmers Insurance Group of Companies, FIG and Farmers Insurance. It is incorporated in the State of Nevada having filed articles of incorporation with the Nevada Secretary of State on October 17, 1927[1]. The first Board of Governors meeting was held on March 28, 1928. The Home Office, built in 1937, is located at 4680 Wilshire Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90010.

Farmers Group, Inc. was previously a publicly traded company most recently traded on the NASDAQ until 1989. B.A.T. Industries, plc, London, England (see BAT, British American Tobacco) through its US subsidiary, BATUS, Inc. (a Delaware Corporation), submitted an unsolicited tender offer of $4.2 billion in October 1987 which amounted to an attempt at a hostile takeover of Farmers Group, Inc. although BATUS characterized it as “friendly”. Farmers Group, Inc. rejected the initial tender offer[2] but the Farmers Board and stockholders did finally agree to be acquired by BATUS for $5.2 billion and the acquisition was concluded in 1989. Farmers Group, Inc. became part of the B.A.T. financial services group of the company.

In September 1998, the Zurich Financial Services Group was created from the merger with the financial services business of B.A.T. Industries p.l.c. Through a dual holding structure, Zurich Financial Services was owned 57% by Swiss-quoted Zurich Allied AG, representing the former shareholders of Zurich Insurance Company, and 43% by London Stock Exchange Allied Zurich p.l.c., the de-merged financial services interests of B.A.T. Industries p.l.c.

In October 2000, the Zurich structure was simplified and unified under a single Swiss holding company. Allied Zurich and Zurich Allied shares were replaced by shares of the newly incorporated Zurich Financial Services with a primary listing on SWX Swiss Exchange (ticker symbol: ZURN) and a secondary listing in London (LSE) (ticker symbol: ZURN.L). Zurich Financial Services American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) are traded on the American Stock Exchange (AMEX) under the symbol ZFSVY.

This article shows the alleged links between British American Tobacco and organized crime through international smuggling of tobacco products, which, the article alleges, is just as lucrative as the international narcotics business.

I had been LDS for 30 years, but while I was a DM for FIG in another state I was told by a regional staff person (DMMA?) who was demanding my resignation that it would be better for me to move to Utah because I didn't fit in with the DM culture in the state where I have lived almost all my life. I did not complain at the time about this remark, but it certainly smacked of religious discrimination- especially when this same person gave me a book on parenting for Christmas because I had 6 children- with that many I should learn how to control them, was the comment. Thanks, but I'm done. I do retain some business dealings with FIG, so I remain,

This site will now expose Congressman Christopher Cannon and his brother Joseph Cannon for criminal acts, obstruction of justice, witness tampering, and a host of other behaviors which will result in resignation and or criminal conviction:

First a few questions for Congressman Cannon:

1. How did you eliminate $1,718,742 in campaign debts in 2003? (2003 FEC report).

2. How did you go from a 2 year average of $340,000 in campaign contributions to $640,000 in contributions in 2003? (see 2001,2002, 2003 FEC reports)

3. Why did Zurich/Farmers/British American Tobacco take a sudden interest in you in 2003, contributing Tens of thousands of dollars to your campaign directly and through other P.A.C.S. that also never contributed to you before?

These are for Joe Cannon:

1. Did you influence the Utah County criminal investigation against Farmers/Zurich/British American Tobacco initiated by Paul A Drockton? You are the Utah County Republican Chairman. Utah County is run by Republicans (prosecutors, Sheriff).

2. As you sit on the Board of the LDS newspaper...did you use your position with Agency Newscorp/Deseret News to discredit Paul Drockton with the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints?

3. Did you intervene in any way to stop any newspaper from publishing any story about the criminal charges brought by Paul Drockton against Farmers Insurance/Zurich/British American Tobacco?

And now we begin....

How Chris and Joe Cannon Sold out Their Fellow Mormons

When Paul Drockton found out about Farmers true intents he contacted the office of Chris Cannon (Republican). Drockton’s office in Provo, Utah; Cannon’s District. Cannon’s office wasextremely interested and asked that all the documents be faxed to them. They were given everything. Then, very bad things started happening to Drockton and he knew Farmers/Zurich/B.A.T. was the root cause; he just didn’t know how they were doing it.

Add Chris Cannon’s name to the other great sellouts in history. It’s a bold statement. But, we will now back it up with facts:

in 1999-2000, Cannon received $340,655 in donations. His campaign was showing $1,664,044 in debt! Allstate donated $500. American Success PAC gave him $1,000, the council of insurance agents; 500,; the property/casualty insurer PAC gave him $1,000 and that was pretty much it from the car/home insurance industry. A Total of $3,000 out of $340,655 Total contributions. In essence, not a player in Insurance.

It was around 11/02 that Drockton left Farmers Insurance. He filed his complaints in 8/02.

In 2002, Chris Cannon took in about $364,357 in donations to his campaign. His debt was $1,718,742.00. Things were not looking up.

1. In October, 2002 he received a check from American Insurance Association for $1000. It seems that Zurich/Farmers decided to start contributing to this PAC about the same time Drockton was making his case. In all Zurich/Farmers gave $4,550 to this PAC in 2002. All of it after Drockton filed his complaint with Farmers/Zurich. Prior to this Zurich made no contributions to this PAC at all.

Liberty Mutual gave $1,000 10/21/2002. Travelors gave $1,000, Independent Agents gave $1,000. Kemper Insurance (Owned by Zurich/Farmers) gave $500 on 10/15/2002

These donations meant, “we need to talk” and were designed to send a message that we are very interested in talking to you right now.

By December 2002, Drockton had a restraining order and injunction against his wife’s business partner, Jill Beard. He also had irrefutable evidence, from the business records, that showed she had been paid off to destroy his reputation and financial situation by Farmers/Zurich/B.A.T. He spent much of the first part of the year trying to get Farmers investigated. He turned all of the materials over to Utah County Investigators., the FBI and other law enforcement. Nothing happened.

3. Chris Cannon had a great 2003. His debt was down to $22,746 from $1,718,742.

He about doubled his campaign contributions to $640,259.

As an aside, Between March and December of 2003, Cannon received $2,000 from Jack Abramoff, now convicted felon and political pariah.

The Alliance of American Insurers, which looks like it gets its money from Liberty Mutual, gave $1500. Allianz (Firemen’s Fund) gave $1,000.

Between 3/6/03 and 6/10/03, The American Insurance Association gave $3,000. They gave another $1,000 on 6/29/04 ($4,000total). The American Insurance Association received a larger influx of cash in 2003/04 from Zurich/Farmers/B.A.T., Zurich/Kemper, Fireman’s fund and Travelors.

The American Success Political Action Committee gave Cannon $2500 on 5/26/04. This is a catch-all PAC with some Insurance and mutual funds contributing to it. It would take more research to see who is who.

Chubb Corp gave $2,000. C.N.A. gave $1,000.

The Freedom Project, with definite ties to Insurance gave $5,000.

Hartford Financial Services: $3,000 (ties to Farmers Financial Solutions)

Indiana Farm Bureau, $500 Cannon looks to be the only non-Indiana Recipient. Indiana is where Drockton came from.

Possible tie: National Federation of Independent Business with Insurance donors.

It seems that Cannon was the darling child of the auto/home insurance industry! The question is, how much would a billionaire pay to keep himself out of jail? How much would a Congressman and Republican leader charge to shut down a criminal investigation.

This is just the beginning. We are not going to give anyone a chance to shut this one down. This is just a simple apetizer. DID YOU GET THAT JOE CANNON AND YOUR FRIENDS AT THE DESERET NEWS? Good luck shutting this story up! We are going National on this one baby! Utah will be the last place that sees the entire story!!!!
