I suspect dishonest actions by farmers in personal injury case that went to jury trial

I recently experienced a long drawn out settlement process (low ball offers, arbitration then Jury trial because Farmers appealed the arbitration award from a car accident that happened 3 1/2 years ago in which I experienced injuries- and am still experiencing problems from those injuries. (settlement still up in the air as the attorney representing a Farmers Ins client is trying to get the shamefully low Jury award made even lower). I suspect dishonest actions by Farmers representatives based on some of the already known actions that border on fraudulent most of which got thrown out because the actions were so obvious the judge deemed them inadmissable.

Is there any history of Farmers altering audio transcripts of initial phone conversations with their reps who call after an accident to change the meaning in the phone transcript?

Also is there any history of them talking with or around jury members to somehow influence the outcome of a jury trial? The trial was just covering damages, they were not contesting fault.

Are there any avenues for complaints that carry some clout?

I was hoping to get some sort of a reply from someone who is familiar with Farmers practices on this. A ruling was finally made by the judge and I will be seeing a settlement check in the next month hopefully BUT knowing the efforts they went to and in effect succeeded in keeping me from an appropriate award I would like to know the following by an insider-

If one of the initial phone interviews with me that is recorded was edited (words removed) in giving a text transcript so that the meaning of certain statements made changed the meaning of the statements significantly are there avenues that I can file a complaint against Farmers regarding this? How long is the recorded statement kept after the trial is finish.

There were certainly other things they did that were in violation of certain rules and procedures and I just need some feeling of justice because the trial did not offer any.

Well, as far as Recorded interviews go, I believe that they are uploaded into a website and if requested, this company transcribes the recordings. I would find it seriously hard to believe that this company would alter intentionally the recording. Apparently you have an attorney, I would ask them to get the recording, not a transcript and have it checked by a recording studio to see if it was edited. They can tell by the breaks in the recording if this was done. As far as how long are they kept, I would guess for years.
