Need a copy of Farmers Auto Policy

If anyone can provide a copy of the standard Farmers Auto Insurance Policy it would be greatly appreciated. I am with an honest,low-complaint carrier that has to deal with Farmers regularly, and they are no different with fellow carriers than they are with their claimants and employees: horrible.

Hi Jon,

I'm curious why you would want a third-party carrier's auto policy, since it is a contract applicable between the insurer and insured versus claimants and/or third-party carriers?

However, one way to obtain a copy of the policy would be to disguise yourself as a prospective client that desires to review the policy prior to committing. This would be done through an agent.

If you are having problems with obtaining monies from them regarding auto settlements (assuming sub demands, here), research their arguments through your State Department of Insurance and legal department for remedies.
