This message should serve as a warning to avoid Josh Swartz at all costs. He pretends he cares about his people, his clients, and helping people. The truth is he is self absorbed, does not respond to any communication that he feels is not going to bring him lots of money. He lies to make a sale, he pretends he cares about others. He is more proud of his blue vase and what is in his office then helping people. Don't be fooled by his smile and fancy words, he will bite you as quick as he can as he will attempt to squeeze every dollar from you he can.

Josh Swartz is the picture of what is wrong with the insurance industry!

You should reach out to his district manager and file a complaint or request to switch agents if he is that bad.
