I have some questions related to BEFORE the customer "self-attest" forms became available/widely used:
I need some guidance/help from current or former Farmer's Agents regarding roof replacement documents. If the document center/underwriting REJECTS a roof replacement invoice or certificate directly from a roofer, what can be done (or what was standard practice) to insure that the customer receives their rightful discount?
Or, what happens if you see that the roof was replaced in the Farmers system and you have all of the pertinent details EXCEPT the name of the roofer? What could have been done to help the customer?
Please keep in mind that I need to know the standard protocol BEFORE the customer self-attest forms became available.
