Sorry it’s irrelevant what the neighbors are getting. Go to appraisal per the policy and they have to respond. Also your agent has no power against the claims office. A public adjuster is a waste of time. Farmers can also invoke appraisal if they wish.by Redman - Homeowners Related Complaints
What discount are you talking about.by Redman - Questions for Insiders
Your agent does not work for the claims office they do t know anything. You should have asked the claims office. Do you really expect any different from this companyby Redman - Auto Related Complaints
Ok. Set fee or rolling fee is stupid. No one of any reputable ethic does thatby Redman - Auto Related Complaints
First of all any suggestion of violence or destruction is unusually stupid and immature. The farmers insurance program is just shy of a pyramid scam. I would run to damn fast they would not even know you were alive.by Redman - Employee and Agent Complaints
I am glad that the agent tried to help you but they have very limited influence on the claims office. I would suggest you go to appraisal.by Redman - Homeowners Related Complaints
it appears you do have a case of maintenance and not sudden damage from a storm. The policy is not a savings account that you get to claim items on and then expect to get paid due to your policy premiums for however long. You have to have storm damage, not wear and tear, to collect the funds. it is very clear in the policy and all policies.by Redman - Homeowners Related Complaints
I am an ex employee who was with the company for about 20 years. I feel I might have some insight on any questions you might have.by Redman - Auto Related Complaints
I could not agree more. They have very very poor support staff, outdated systems, antiquated computer systems that you must buy from them, and they act like a pyramid scheme. They get you and all your family and friends to join farmers and abandon you. They take your book of business then charge you for the income that they gave you while they were not training you like they stated that they woulby Redman - Employee and Agent Complaints
yes they probably will and I would bet they say you cant be bonded. Trust me this will be the best thing you could ever have happen to you is not get a job there. I worked there for 20 years and ended up suing them with a lot of other people in 3 states for OT issues. They have not gotten any better. I sincerely cant encourage you to go to a better company then FIG. I would encourage you to go toby Redman - Questions for Insiders
oh yes, he was there so he was the original inspector. not relevant how it was worded but that has absolutely nothing to do with your loss. IF they paid for you to repair the roof where it is now leaking and you didn't repair it, regardless of agreement or not, they do not owe you the repairs on the additional damages. IF it is a leak somewhere they didn't pay you that is different. I would encouby Redman - Homeowners Related Complaints
don't waste your time with a public adjuster. Go to appraisal. That is what it is for. But the company does not owe to match anything anywhere on your property. Look at the LKQ clause. This is probably written and or approved by the state. They certainly don't owe a roof due to age, this is no a maintenance policy. But if it does have hail all over, you should win in appraisal.by Redman - Homeowners Related Complaints
Farmers does not have the ability to erase your husbands name off a lawsuit that is just a really stupid request. They didn't file the lawsuit. As far as your dog biting someone, that is absolute liability and you will probably lose the lawsuit depending on what it is that they are asking for. UNLESS this is a friendly lawsuit and an Ad Volorem (sp?) has been hired for the benefit of your child.by Redman - Homeowners Related Complaints
you are not authorized or required to release others people information, in fact, I think it would be illegal to do so or even asked to do so.by Redman - Employee and Agent Complaints
Unless things have changed since you wrote this, I would move on. Keep records though.by Redman - Employee and Agent Complaints
I was never an agent but an employee in a claims office. I have heard this story many times from many people and even had the managers at the office laugh and say that this was an obvious pyramid scheme. They get people who sign up for the agency, you have to use their equipment and service that is over blown, they fail you in accounting and customer service, they push you to get as many family mby Redman - Employee and Agent Complaints
well to put it bluntly, this has nothing to do with Farmers you moron. They didn't file the suit and they had nothing to do with it. It does not matter that you told someone to put up the dog and a child walked in, in fact, that goes against you. Why did you want the dog to be put up? Has he caused issues before? who the hell was watching the child and why did the dog harm this child without theby Redman - Homeowners Related Complaints
I am an ex employee of Farmers Insurance and quit not only because of how they treated me and the staff, but also how they made us write estimates and how they treated people. I was one of several people who were in a class action suit against them through out several states.by Redman - Auto Related Complaints
yes I want some also. I worked there for about 20 years, quit and sued them and won. I wanted to get about 10 of these and send them to my old supervisors.by Redman - General Discussions
yes I can discuss some of it with you. Send me a PMby Redman - Employee and Agent Complaints
I was one of the FE's that filed a lawsuit and won in Texas. Feel free to contact me.by Redman - Employee and Agent Complaints
Yes yes they do. I have a relative there named Robert Stetson and he said that they do the drug test on everyone, new and tenured. he is also considering a lawsuit against them under the disabilities act. he admits his claim is a joke, but is still going after them even though he knows that they are actually correct. They will do anything if you are hired to keep you down.by Redman - Questions for Insiders
check into the fair credit reporting act. If you challenge this, they have to take off the records till it is settled by proof. The proof is thier burden, not yours.by Redman - Questions for Insiders
there was a lawsuit in CA but it settled a bit ago. I know there was 2 in NM that settled, one in Texas and at least 1 in Oklahoma that settled. As far as the agents side goes, I dont know. They are not employees of Farmers, they are agents, and we never hear much about what happens in thier lives.by Redman - Employee and Agent Complaints
I cant tell for sure, but if your the claimiant, the Unfair Claims Settlement Practices Act does not pertain to you. You have to be a 1st party on this for this to count.by Redman - Auto Related Complaints
I dont know what state your in, but in most states and with Farmers, you will pay 2 deductibles. the deal here is this, you cant be liable to your self, so you cant have a liability claim against your self. If the cars are on 2 different policies, there should not be any deductible on the one car not moving, but, you cant have dual ownership on either vehicle either.by Redman - Auto Related Complaints
Sent you an email, please let me know if you dont get it.by Redman - General Discussions
it is not needed for an inspection, but it is needed for a risk advise. Since she got all pissy, I can tell you from expierence she is now looking for ways to get you cancelled. I would not be suprised if this does not happen in the next 6 months or so.by Redman - Homeowners Related Complaints
tell me, what town are you in. I was with Farmers for about 20 years and might have some inside I can help you with.by Redman - Homeowners Related Complaints
Are you kidding me in my area, Lubbock, the DM of the agents had the agents go to a meeting where they told them that if a customer comes in and they dont qualify for a Farmers product, sell them the 21st century product or Foremost and keep the policy in the farmers market. HOWEVER, they would not get any commision on this but they might could sell them life insurance? They get to sell for Farmeby Redman - Employee and Agent Complaints
