My agent left out a TX040 which gave me coverage for water damage due to a broken pipe in 2002. So I've gone without this coverage for 10 years and am suing him in small claims court for errors and omission for not notifying me and adding back to my policy. I had a broken pipe on May 8, 2012 and was denied because of this. The adjuster blamed it on my agent. He has been lying to me, my sisterby mystichealer - Homeowners Related Complaints

Farmers insurance agents and managers will lie to you to not pay a claim. This is what happened to me so I'm suing my agent for errors and omissions in small claims court. I have letters to prove he is lying. My claim was on a broken water pipe beneath my toilet and my agent left out TX040 in the policy for that coverage without telling me I needed it for the past 10 years. Suing Agent in Small Claims Court for Errors and Omission - 10 years ago
On May 8, 2012 a water pipe broke underneath my toilet flooding my house at 3:30AM. I called the water removal company and they were out at my house in an hour and a half. It took 2 days and cost me $2,500 to remove the water which I found wasn't covered in my policy due to an omission of TX040 in my policy as told to my by the adjuster who came out that denied my claim.
