Nancy, Look for a roofing company in your city that works with insurance companies. A "storm damage recovery" or "insurance claims specialist". Thank for sharing! More people need to be aware of Farmers Insurance's business practices: low-ball, procrastinate and and deny the claim!! They drag their customers and claimants through the mud until they get too tired to fight any longer or can't fight them financially (in court) any longer. Fraud or forgery is a crime regardless of what license you do or do not hold. I think you need to call a few lawyers in town and get their advice.

Eligio, Sorry Farmers Insurance is treating you this way. This is standard business practices for Farmers Insurance. They take your money, send you to collections if your late and when you need their help they give you the runaround. God forbid you need to file a claim for insurance you have been paying for 20 years at which point the deny the claim and litigate you to death. Best of luck!
