IF FARMERS OFFERS YOU A JOB, JUST SAY NO. I am writing this post for all of you who maybe contemplating taking a job with Farmers Insurance. I am hoping to help someone from making a HUGE mistake. Before I started working at Farmers Insurance I was warned about this company. I believe the Lawsuit would be HUGE. Farmers is so cruel to its employees and they know all the loop holes. If your not producing, the'll find a reason to fire you/write you up/etc. They could care less if they work you to death, they just fire you and find a New Hire HR is a joke, I believe the department in district/area is 1 person and a website. I am a Claims Representative in the Liability Department in California. I have been with the company a while, I work as hard, fast and efficiently as humanely possible. Please keep in mind that in CA we are limited to a 40hr work week and OT is not granted very often. If requested, the answer is “You’re not managing your time effectively, or I don’t see why you’re not able to get this donby claimsslave - Employee and Agent Complaints
