I am telling you first that losing jobs (where we were very good) are becoming a basic objective for Farmers Insurance. You people have to fight for this and stop it. I am going as far as I can and have filed a lawsuit. I am going to go public and I want them in court. The lies are unbearable but at least I do have written proof. One thing I have a problem with is the fact that Farmers is getting rid of people 50 and over who are able to retire. I am watching it constantly as it happened to me. However why don't people really stand up and go after them? There is so much knowledge out there that can be used as it's the truth. Give me a message as to why people do not fight? Don't give up and if you were terminated based on age discrimination, file a law suit. I have. I have a very long story but had 33 years experience as a manager. Did and excellent job but was finding compliance issues and I was wanted GONE. I am suing and will continue to do so. It is so wrong the way this company is treating it's employees and I can tell you that they treat the best employees the worst. It is also time that somewhere, someone begins standing up against this discrimnation. I know more about agent's profitability bonus' and the reasons you have never been charged the correct amount. Is anyone interested in fighting back for the last 10 years to see what really has happened? I know what was wrong with overpayments, open reserves, duplicate payments, 1099 issues, unclaimed property that was given back to the insurance company but not credited to agents.
