My experience working for three different agents has been quite an eye opener. The most successful of the three, has been with Farmers for three years and has been losing money on his agency the entire time. Another tried to quit, but came back when he realized he owed Farmers about $15000 in 'subsidy'. The Agent I just quit working for has been forging documents and lying her ass off to sell.by Frank - General Discussions

I just quit Managing an office for an extremely dishonest Farmer's Agent. I can go on for hours about all of the things she did that screwed both the company and her clients. Farmers leaves little choice if you don't want to end up in their pocket. First off, the "Prior insurance discount" on auto policies is total bull.
