A few months back, my wife was wrongly accused for a scrape on the car parked next to hers. I told the claims adjuster that there is a video proving that she didn't do it. I asked her to send someone out and that she had a 9 more days to download before the system automatically deleted the file. She never sent anyone. On the last day I tried to record it with a digital camera and sent it to her. She said it wasn't good enough. Also when a translator was requested, he did not have sufficiant language skills when translating for my wife and was asked to not to translate what the claims adjuster was saying to or asking to my wife despite the repeated request for translation. I have written her superior about this and to date have received nothing. The other fishy thing is that the damage location changed places on the other persons car 4 times. Our claims adjuster said initially said it was the fromt bumper, then the door, then the bumper again and finally the driver door and mirror. I sent her pics and measuremnets and asked her to send someone out with no reply. I want to switch carriers, but I don't want this false accident to follow my wife. What can I do? |
