I was recruited by a DM far away from home. He had promised I could train in another agents office close to home. It was a total Lie. I went carrer and worked out of a DO 2 hours away from my home. State office dennied my request to transfer to a cloer DO. I waisted a year of my life! |

Well, there is a DM in Tulsa that is a downright criminal-and the company knows it is true. Over the years he has forced agents to write policies, some very large life insurance policies and annuities, and ordered them to rebate the commissions.
At one time a life specialist was hired for his district, but after he told him to issue a life policy to his girlfriend and rebate the commissions, the life specialist resigned. But, oh yes, Farmers still wanted every penny of subsidy paid back, even though everyone in the state knows what really happened. Do you think you should be able to resign from a job if you were told to do something illegal. Just part of the job in his district. |

| Why didnt sign with a local DM or one closer???......Secondly with the rebate DM i would have told him to go screw him self. You know they can't fire you??....And if they terminate your career contract they have to pay part of of the subsidy back. GO over your contracts make your self a star seller in numbers and become a close friend of your DMM and you'll have your DM by the balls. Oh and once you run to day light they can't fire you, you can start telling them to piss off. |

I have heard about the crooked DM in Tulsa. I heard in one year he split up huge annuities and life policies between agents so that they could go to Championship in Hawaii. He had alot go that year almost all got policies from him or his girlfriend. The agents had to give back their commission because they got the sales count to go to Hawaii.
From what I hear, he will probably lose the lawsuit brought by a former agent in the district. People have evidence he made them rebate the commissions. I bet he would lose his insurance license and be fired by Farmers. |
