How come we are charged $5.00 a month for those a-holes to "process a bill" every month?

If others have had any luck getting this monthly fee removed please tell me how. I am pissed about this, and how I see there is a class-action lawsuit because of it but I know I'll never see a dime because the lawyers will take it all.


Is there an attorney who can go after them on my behalf and collect what I've paid over the years and then some for fraud?!!!

Also, my car is a 1992 model and my insurance DOUBLED by changing a zip code in the Los Angeles area and my driving record is perfect. I am going to cancel with them and go with another company, those thieving b**tards.

[Big Problem]

All of the insurance companys that I have had (6) charge a service fee if you pay month to month. It usually is between $5.00 to $8.00. If you pay six months up front they waive the per month fee for a savings of between $30.00 and $50.00. Those companys include Progressive, The Hartford, General Casualty out of Wisconsin, GMAC, and Westfield. All good companys as far as I can see, but all charged the fee unless I paid for six months of coverage.
